About The Owners

The Vander Berg Family are the owners and caretakers of Sunset Stables LLC. They live on property to allow for overseeing the horses on a regular basis.

Charlee’ grew up on a ranch, around horses and has enjoyed horseback riding most of her life. Although she took a break from riding when raising her four kids, she started enjoying being around horses when daughter, Delaney, showed an interest over 10 years ago.

Although Jamie never really had the opportunity to ride and find his passion for horses, he grew up in Iowa around all kinds of animals and has supported Delaney in her riding passion over the past 10+ years; including support at the horse shows, fairs, state competitions, clinics and various other activities.

Delaney showed an interest in horses young and has never looked back. She has taken lessons, leased or owned horses for over 10 years. Delaney has also been working at another stable where she was responsible for feeding, cleaning stalls and helping with turnout and bringing in horses for the past few years.

Together, the Vander Berg family will be living on property and overseeing the care of the horses at Sunset Stables LLC.
